Made to order and returns: Each piece is hand-crafted in our Los Angeles workshop in about two weeks. All custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale: no returns, refunds, or exchanges. We confirm every detail with you before we begin, and your piece includes one complimentary resize within 30 days of delivery.

- Hand-fabricated at our bench in the downtown Los Angeles jewelry district. Most pieces are ready in 1 to 2 weeks, and we confirm your timeline before we start.
- The price you see
- Standard shipping is free, and collecting in person at Booth B6 is free too. California orders add 9.75% sales tax at checkout, as required by the state; orders shipped outside California are not taxed. There are no other fees — the only optional extra is expedited delivery.
- Getting it to you safely
- Every package we ship is fully insured in transit, at our expense — if a piece is lost or damaged on its way to you, you are covered and we will make it right. Higher-value packages are signature-protected. That cover ends once the package is delivered, so we recommend adding the piece to your home or jewelry insurance from the day it arrives. You are always welcome to collect in person at Booth B6 instead.
- Ring size
- Pick your size above. If you are unsure, leave it in the notes or message us — we would rather get it right than resize later.
- Your centre stone
- Centre stones come with certification. We list the stone's details for you and let you know them before your piece is made, and the certificate comes with your ring.
- Want it slightly different
- We can make this in another metal, another stone, or a different size. Price your own version or send us a photo of what you have in mind.
- Reserving with a deposit
- If your plans change before we begin making your piece, your deposit becomes store credit. Once fabrication starts it is non-refundable, as with all custom work.
