What Happens After Your Deposit

Placed a deposit on a custom piece? Here's exactly what happens next.

Step 1 — We confirm your design

We go over every detail with you — style, metal, stones, size, engraving — usually over Instagram DM or a quick call. Nothing gets made until you're happy with the plan.

Step 2 — You approve a 3D preview

You'll see a 3D rendering of your piece and approve it before fabrication begins. Want changes? This is the moment — we adjust until it's right.

Step 3 — We hand-make your piece

Your piece is fabricated at our bench in the Downtown LA Jewelry District. Most custom pieces are ready in about 1–2 weeks; we confirm your exact timeline when the design is agreed.

Step 4 — Final payment

When your piece is finished, we send you a secure link to pay the remaining balance online — or pay in store at pickup.

Step 5 — Pickup or insured shipping

Pick up in person at 637 S Hill St, Booth B6 (Monday–Saturday, 10:30 AM–5:00 PM), or we ship nationwide with tracking — insured and signature-protected on higher-value pieces.

Afterwards: free lifetime care
