Before we make it, you approve a 3D preview of your ring. Most custom pieces are ready in 1–2 weeks once the design is set. Your ring ships, or is ready for pickup at Booth B6, once the fifth payment clears.
Shipping is free and fully insured, signature required, or collect in person at 637 S Hill St, Booth B6, Los Angeles.

- California orders add 9.75% sales tax at checkout; orders shipped outside California are not taxed.
- If you cancel before fabrication begins, your payments convert to store credit. Once fabrication starts, payments are non-refundable, as with all custom work.
- Your ring includes free lifetime care and one complimentary resize within 30 days of delivery.
About this deposit
- What you are paying today
- This is a part payment toward your piece, not its full price. It comes off your final total, and we invoice the balance when your piece is ready. No fees and no shipping charge are added on a deposit. California orders add 9.75% sales tax at checkout, including on this down payment; orders shipped outside California are not taxed.
- What happens next
- We confirm every detail with you, then send a 3D preview of your piece to approve. Nothing goes to the bench until you say yes. Most pieces are ready in 1–2 weeks from approval.
- If your plans change
- Cancel before we begin fabricating and your deposit becomes store credit toward anything else we make. Once fabrication has started it is non-refundable, as with all custom work.
- Your finished piece
- Custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale. Made-to-order rings include one complimentary resize within 30 days of delivery.
- Getting it to you
- Arranged with you once your piece is finished. Collect in person at Booth B6 for free, or we ship it to you — free standard shipping, fully insured in transit at our expense, signature required on delivery. Our insurance ends at delivery, so if we ship it we recommend insuring the piece from the day it arrives.
