After you check out we confirm every detail with you, including your ring size, and you approve a 3D preview before anything goes to the bench. Most custom pieces are ready in 1 to 2 weeks; we confirm your exact timeline when the design is agreed.

When your ring is finished, it is sent to you — or handed to you in person at our booth, whichever you prefer. Shipping is free and fully insured in transit. Pickup is at Booth B6, 637 S Hill St, Los Angeles, Monday to Saturday 10:30 AM to 5 PM.

Your center stone comes with its certificate, and you get one complimentary resize within 30 days of delivery.

What to expect

The price you see
California orders add 10.25% sales tax at checkout, as required by the state; orders shipped outside California are not taxed. The only optional extra is expedited delivery. Reserving with a deposit? If your plans change before we begin making your piece, your deposit becomes store credit. Once fabrication starts it is non-refundable, as with all custom work.
After it arrives
Our insurance covers your piece in transit and ends at delivery, so we recommend insuring it from the day it arrives.

Sevan, the fourth generation of the family that started Asik in 1947, confirms every detail with you before anything goes to the bench, usually over Instagram DM or a quick call.
