After you check out we confirm every detail of your piece with you, and you approve a 3D preview before anything goes to the bench. Most custom pieces are ready in 1 to 2 weeks; we confirm your exact timeline when the design is agreed.
When your ring is finished, we send you an invoice for the remaining balance — and once your final payment is made, your ring ships. Standard shipping is free and fully insured in transit, or pick up in person at Booth B6, 637 S Hill St, Los Angeles.

If your plans change before we start making your piece, your down payment converts to store credit toward any future purchase. Once fabrication begins, deposits are non-refundable, as with all custom and made-to-order work.

- This is a part payment toward your piece, not its full price. It comes off your final total, and we invoice the balance when your piece is ready. - What happens next
- We confirm every detail with you, then send a 3D preview of your piece to approve. Nothing goes to the bench until you say yes. Most pieces are ready in 1–2 weeks from approval.
- If your plans change
- Cancel before we begin fabricating and your deposit becomes store credit toward anything else we make. Once fabrication has started it is non-refundable, as with all custom work.
- Your finished piece
- Custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale. Made-to-order rings include one complimentary resize within 30 days of delivery.
- Getting it to you
- Arranged with you once your piece is finished. Collect in person at Booth B6 for free, or we ship it to you — free standard shipping, fully insured in transit at our expense, signature required on delivery. Our insurance ends at delivery, so if we ship it we recommend insuring the piece from the day it arrives.
