After you check out we confirm every detail with you, and you approve a 3D preview before anything goes to the bench. Most custom pieces are ready in 1 to 2 weeks; we confirm your exact timeline when the design is agreed.
Once the final payment is made, your ring is sent to you — or handed to you in person at our booth, whichever you prefer. Shipping is free and fully insured in transit. Pickup is at Booth B6, 637 S Hill St, Los Angeles, Monday to Saturday 10:30 AM to 5 PM.

If your plans change before we start making your piece, your down payment converts to store credit toward any future purchase. Once fabrication begins, deposits are non-refundable, as with all custom and made-to-order work.

- What you are paying today
- This is a part payment toward your piece, not its full price. It comes off your final total, and we invoice the balance when your piece is ready. - What happens next
- We confirm every detail with you, then send a 3D preview of your piece to approve. Nothing goes to the bench until you say yes. Most pieces are ready in 1 to 2 weeks from approval.
- If your plans change
- Cancel before we begin fabricating and your deposit becomes store credit toward anything else we make. Once fabrication has started it is non-refundable, as with all custom work.
- Your finished piece
- Custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale. Made-to-order rings include one complimentary resize within 30 days of delivery.
- Getting it to you
- Arranged with you once your piece is finished. Collect in person at Booth B6 for free, or we can post it to you — free standard shipping, fully insured in transit at our expense. Our cover ends at delivery, so if we post it we recommend insuring the piece from the day it arrives.
