After you check out we will confirm every detail of your piece and send an invoice for the remaining balance when it is ready. Your deposit is applied to your final total.

Most custom pieces are ready in 1 to 2 weeks from deposit. We will confirm your exact timeline when we go over your design together.
Good to know. This is a deposit only, not the full price of your piece, and it is applied to your final total. Nothing extra is added at this checkout — no tax, no fees, and no shipping charge on a deposit. Shipping or free pickup at Booth B6 is arranged with you once your piece is finished. If your plans change before we start making your piece, your deposit converts to store credit toward any future purchase. Once fabrication begins, deposits are non-refundable, as with all custom and made-to-order work.

- What you are paying today
- This is a part payment toward your piece, not its full price. It comes off your final total, and we invoice the balance when your piece is ready. No fees and no shipping charge are added on a deposit. California orders add 9.75% sales tax at checkout, including on this down payment; orders shipped outside California are not taxed.
- What happens next
- We confirm every detail with you, then send a 3D preview of your piece to approve. Nothing goes to the bench until you say yes. Most pieces are ready in 1 to 2 weeks from approval.
- If your plans change
- Cancel before we begin fabricating and your deposit becomes store credit toward anything else we make. Once fabrication has started it is non-refundable, as with all custom work.
- Your finished piece
- Custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale. Made-to-order rings include one complimentary resize within 30 days of delivery.
- Getting it to you
- Arranged with you once your piece is finished. Collect in person at Booth B6 for free, or we can post it to you — free standard shipping, fully insured in transit at our expense. Our cover ends at delivery, so if we post it we recommend insuring the piece from the day it arrives.
